My personal motto is to "teach to teach" and work myself out of job.  Since the age of 17, I have made it my life mission to serve others and teach principles, systems and skills that will save others time and pain.  These teachings come from various sources.  In the business sector I am currently certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a commiment to continuous improvement through the setting of systems and measures that will eliminate waste and increase ROI.  As a CEO of an established Publishing house and with my Ziglar Certification I can provide training deaing with Effective Sales, and Sale Management, to Effective Communications.  My Ziglar Legacy Training for business is a proven method to move and motivate your business to success.

In the Non-Profit sector I have worked with both faith and non-faith based organizatins to mobilize and reach at-risk communities with various life-saving services, leadership training, team building, needs assessments, focus groups, strategy and project and organizational launch.  I can provide effective training programs to get your teams prepared to achieve the organizational goals and vision.
